Environmental factors and perceptions of parents, children, and facilitators&#8221;.<\/strong> This article was published last January in the <em data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"407\">Revue des sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the summer of 2020, 25 young people aged 8 to 17 and living with an intellectual or physical disability participated in the <em>\u201cExtra-ordinary Music Camp\u201d<\/em>. This is a research project studying the impact of a program based on an informal distance learning approach to music. For this qualitative study we used participatory research methods.<\/p>\n\n<p>The results reveal that, according to the participants\u2019 point of view, the activities of the <em>Extra-ordinary Music Camp<\/em> facilitated the access of young people to recreational activities, despite there being various obstacles.
